Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2’s arrival on Xbox Game Pass is certainly the most high-profile addition of March 2026 so far, but even if you’re an existing owner of Warhorse Studios’ medieval epic, it looks as though you’re going to be getting a big bonus here thanks to the Xbox Play Anywhere program.
Ahead of KCD2’s launch on Xbox Game Pass, an Xbox Play Anywhere tag has appeared on the game’s Microsoft Store listing. At the moment, Xbox Series X|S, Cloud and Handheld are showing as the compatible platforms here, with PC to be added once the game lands on the Microsoft Store for Windows.

A PC version was mentioned when Microsoft announced the title for this month’s lineup – and with this Xbox Play Anywhere tag now appearing, this version should begin to roll out in the coming hours.
In recent months, Microsoft has been massively expanding its Xbox Play Anywhere program, particularly in the wake of the ROG Xbox Ally launch. We’re big fans of it here at Pure Xbox (who wouldn’t be, you’re getting multiple versions of a game at no extra cost!), and it’s been nice to see lots of new games launch as XPA compatible.
