Rayman: 30th Anniversary Edition was announced last week as part of Sony’s State of Play conference for February 2026 – and despite a positive reaction to the game’s reveal, save bugs and soundtrack concerns have dampened the release somewhat. Well, despite prior reports pointing towards the contrary, Ubisoft has confirmed that support for the game “has not ended”.
In a reply over on the Rayman subreddit, a Ubisoft employee shot down reports that the company wasn’t providing any post-launch support for the new release. Indeed, a prior Ubisoft Support comment seems to have been made in error, with the employee reassuring fans that the team is still working on the game in some fashion.
Here’s hoping those issues with saving and the OST get sorted out then, although we’ve not heard any specifics on post-launch support just yet. Instead, we do know that Atari is working on the physical release for this one – with it now confirmed that just PS5 and Nintendo Switch are getting the physical releases planned for June 26th, 2026.
This is another physical release skipping Xbox then — likely due to a lack of demand — but it’s a shame nonetheless. As we provided in an update or our original post on Rayman: 30th Anniversary Edition, this one is now live digitally on Xbox, at a price of $19.99 / £17.99.
